As a Junior Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating and rolling out video animations and 3D effects. With our quickly growing owned and operated channels, we strive to provide our audiences with the best in quality and you’ll be adding the final flare with our Video Editors and Content Production Team. The ideal candidate is someone that consumes plenty of online media where Motion Graphics are used, this includes yet isn’t limited to: YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, Hulu, etc. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a fast learner, well-connected within the social media industry, and has great organizational skills along with self-discipline to work in an office environment and remotely (from home).

Responsibilities

  • Ability to design style frames and storyboards
  •  Experience in motion graphics animation
  • Experience in video editing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work experience with examples or portfolios to showcase past executions
  • Cinema 4D: 3 years (Preferred)
  • After Effects: 3 years (Required)
  • Illustrator: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Strong fundamentals in design, animation, type and color
  • Excellent understanding of compositing

Associate Producer

As an Associate Producer, you will be responsible for researching, pitching ideas, writing, and uploading videos. Responsibilities

  • Work with the Production Team to brainstorm new ideas and potential series ideas for our Owned/Operated channels
  • Collaborate with the Production Team to plan schedules and forecast needs for shoot days
  • Working alongside video producers to manage production timeline and help maintain the energy of the production
  • Assistance in script editing and fine-tuning
  • Assistance in location and subject research and other pre-production duties
  • Ingesting media from daily productions, and sending out dailies when necessary
  • Preparing content to be published by reviewing videos, and communicating edit requests to the Production Team.

As a Weekend Support staff member, you will be responsible for monitoring GMG’s social media, specifically relating to recruiting clients to GMG.
